Varas

 I hand spin ropes these are knotted by participants as part of projects. My research led practice explores the history of touch evoking memory in the creative process and psychogeography. I explore weaving and knots as sense and memory-making practices. 

I have a library of over 22 varas .Each one records a walk with invited participants.
